Returns and Exchanges

• Orders with promo codes are returnable unless stated otherwise in the promo code terms and conditions.
• You must return or request an exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery/collection with a valid order reference number.
• The items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with the hang tags attached.
• We reserve the right to reject the return/exchange inquiry if the items do not fulfill the conditions above.
• After your return has been confirmed, we will coordinate with you personally over email on the refund process.  
• For exchange, you will be eligible to choose any item below or equal to the value of the exchange item. If you wish to choose an item higher than the value of the item, we will send an email to bill you with the difference. 
• Shipping fees of returns and exchanges due to reasons which are not the fault of the seller (ie. buyer change of mind, size change), will be shouldered by the buyer. If the reason is the fault of the seller (ie. defective items, wrong item delivered) then the seller will shoulder the shipping fees.

How to Return or Exchange

Please send a return/exchange inquiry over email at info@papabear.co. Once we have confirmed that your order is eligible, you may proceed to ship the items to our address, which we will provide over email. 

If you opted for exchange, expect the same shipping times from our date of receipt of your item

• Metro Manila: 1-4 days
• Provincial: 3-10 days
