What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept credit/debit card via Paypal, online wallet via GCash, bank deposit, and cash on delivery.

I'd like to modify or cancel my order.

Please send us an email at info@papabear.co to make changes or cancellations to your order. The process of cancelling or modifying the order will depend on the current status of the shipment, which will be communicated over email.

How can I check the status of my order?

You will receive an email once your orders has been confirmed and ready for shipment.

Another update will be sent with order tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse. 

You may input the tracking information on the indicated courier's website to check the shipping status of your order.

What are the shipping times?

Current standard shipping times are as follows:

Metro Manila - 1 to 4 days

Provincial - 3 to 10 days

Do you ship internationally?

As of now, not yet.

How do I request for a return?

Please send a return/exchange inquiry over email at info@papabear.co. Once we have confirmed that your order is eligible, you may proceed to ship the items to our address, which we will provide over email. 

If you opted for exchange, expect the same shipping times from our date of receipt of your item

  • Metro Manila: 1-4 days
  • Provincial: 3-10 days
